I understand that life can be challenging at times and we can need support; being mindful that people experience challenges in many different ways. Whether you are struggling with, stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, we are here to help. Maybe you feel life isn't going as it should be, that things feel out of control or don't bring you the satisfaction they should. I offer individual and group psychotherapy; a place to explore and better understand these experiences and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

Why Seagull Psychotherapy? ... Seagulls represent my sense of home and security. I aim to offer this feeling to my patients to allow them to explore themselves in the depth that they need and support them to soar and navigate the buffeting winds of life.


Weekly individual 50 minute sessions. Same time and place. A space for you to explore the things that are troubling you and for us to think about these things and their meanings using the feelings that come up in the moment.

Weekly or twice weekly 90 minute sessions. Same time, place, and people. A space to better understand what troubles you with the support of peers, using what happens in the group to better understand the relational patterns which impact our lives.
